Signing Up/In

You can sign up on the website by clicking on the sign up link, and entering the required details. You can also download the BooknGoGo App from the Apple Store for IOS or Google Play for Android. Creating an account on BooknGoGo will also automatically create an account on our social media platform www.gogogster.com .  You can access www.gogoster via the website or within the BooknGoGo app and also here on the website for www.bookngogo.com. You can sign up using Google and Facebook or manually enter your detail. If you sign up with your Google or Facebook account then you will need to complete additional profile information.

You can browse a lot of the website without signing in, however to do most things you will need to login. When you login to www.bookngogo.com you are also automatically logged into www.gogoster.com. The same applies when using the app if you are logged into the app you can access all features available to Members in BooknGoGo and in GoGoster.

When you sign up via the mobile app, or sign in for the 1st time to the app after signing up on the website, you will be asked to let the phone know your location, we suggest you allow for this when using the app at a minium, and to get the best out of the platform allow the app to know your location all the time. It will function if you chose to not allow the app your location data, however many of the features will then need some manual input in relation to your location to function. We do not share your location with any outside 3rd parties,  other than our BooknGoGo vendors so that their interactive live features will work for you.

Profile 

We highly recommend you complete as much of your personal profile details as possible. You will need to verify your email ( from an email link sent to you) , and your phone number from an SMS code sent to you if you plan to use any of the main features of the platform. Some parts of the platform require you to give your address and will require your id to be verified. If you plan to use the wallet and link a bank account you will have to provide the last 4 digits of your SSN for verification, this information is not stored by us and is passed to the banking partner who will link your account to your wallet. The more of the travel related profile questions and co-traveller information you can supply the less work you have to do when booking travel, and also the more focused the search results will be.

Your data is very safe. We do not store any credit card data, this is tokenized by  and not stored any where in our platform. We also do not store any of your banking details for the wallet these are all secure at the banking partner www.dwolla.com.  Also access to any of the rewards redemption, or banking and card related data is biometrically protected in the app and needs your face scan or finger print scan to open, and on the website its protected with 2 factor authentication with an sms to your phone. All the data that is stored on our site is fully encrypted so even in the event of a hack to the servers, the data is useless to anyone who was able to get access to it.

For the saftey of all members of our platform, when you make use of some areas such as selling things, doing a fundrasing, using the dating or meet up parts of the platform we require you to have verified your phone number, email, and had a govt issued ID verified with your personal details and address, if the govt ID does not contain address details then a copy of a utility bill which provides proof of address. You of course do not have to provide this information however you will not have access to the sensitive parts of the platform. This is 100% about the saftey and quiet enjoyment of our services by all Members. Yor personal data will never be shared with any 3rd party or any other Member without your express permission.

Your address will be required if  : 1) If you plan to purchase goods from vendors for home delivery, or from other Members on www.gogoster.com. 2) If you wish to start a fundraising campaign 3) If you want a GoGo debit card as we need to ship this to you physcially as well as virtually.  4) If you plan to link your bank account to your wallet. 5) If you plan to use the dating and meet up features in www.gogoster.com for the personal saftey of all Members. 6) If you become a curator on www.gogoster.com 7) If you are listing an event on www.gogoster.com which has a ticket that has a cost associated with it.

Here you can add your immediate family members details and preferences to speed up your booking times. You can also email people and invite them to be a co-traveller, they will get invited to bookngogo and once they have filled in their profile they can accept your co-traveller invitation. You will then be able to quickly add their details to a booking you are making where you are booking and paying for the travel.

This area of your profile is protected with biometric access such as face id, or finger print id or your phone PIN so nobody can access this area other than you. In this part of your profile settings you can order your GoGoDebit card which gives you 5% cashback from many popular brands, when you spend rewards you transfer to this card, you just need to transfer $25 from your rewards to order your card. You can also add your other creditcards you may wish to pay for purchases in our network. You can also link your bank account to your wallet and transfer funds to and from your wallet and bank account. 

If you wish to convert your BooknGoGo$ and GoGo$ to cash to use outside our network they need to be converted and moved to the GoGo Debitcard. Also you can earn 5% cashback from many major brands when spending these rewards transferred to your debit card.

 You can use your wallet to instantly pay BooknGoGo Merchants when purchasing in store and online. You can also instantly give funds to people you owe money, either in person using both your phones, or you can send funds anywhere in the US to anyone you owe via sms for just 20 cents or worldwide for a 3.25% fee. If you use funds in your wallet when you are purchasing things like travel, gift cards and services your fees will only be 20 cents versus 1.25% using your GoGo Debit Card or 3.25% when using a stored credit card.

 It generally takes 3 days to move funds from your bank to your wallet. Once in your wallet you can instantly pay anyone in the network who also has a wallet. The cost to move funds from your bank account to your wallet is 20 cents no matter the amount.

 Funds will transfer from your wallet to your bank account overnight.  The cost to move funds is 20 cents no matter the amount moved.

Notifications 

You will likely get pop up notifications from your app, they will alert you to events, some will have buttons or links and will require you to complete an action or a task. You will also get notifications from your social account in www.gogoster.com. You have options to turn off many of the different types of notifications so you only get the ones you wish to see. Action related notifications which are required to complete an action you initiated cannot be ignored.

You will find your notification history in date order in the 'Me" section of the mobile app, or in your profile section on the website. You can search this list to find a specific notification. Some types of notifications can be deleted.

My Searches and My Deals 

You will find in the "Me" section of the App, under the My Searches button,  a history of all the travel searches you have made in time and date order. You can re-open any of these searches. Searches where the travel period has passed will be auto deleted from this section.

You will find in the "Me" section of the App, under the My Deals button,  a list of all the deals you have redeemed in date order. You can re-open any of these deals when you are ready to redeem them in store or online. Deals where the offer period has passed with auto delete from this section of the App/website.

You will get an notification 24 hours before a deal is going to expire that you have saved to your My Deals section.

My Trips 

This is where all your travel bookings are saved. You will chose a trip name for each booking you make and you can add things to this trip over time. You can add booked items, as well as things you may book, and also things you can do or see that dont require bookings so you can plan your whole trip. You will also be able to retrieve details about all your past trips that you have completed.

Yes. In your saved trip there will be buttons where you can add more things to your trip. So if you have a flight booked you can then choose a hotel to add, and you will get a search with hotels that are in your destination location and for the dates that match your booked flight. You can add things like hotel, cruise, activities, transfers, rental cars, travel insurance, things to see and do. 

In each trip you will be able to see and download any vouchers, boarding passes and any other documents you need to complete the booked trip.

Yes. If you able to make changes to any component of a trip you will be able to initiate these changes in the trip file, and you will get warnings which will tell you the consequences of making a change or cancelling a trip or trip component. If you are not sure you can always click chat to talk to an agent live who can help you with your booking.

You can at anytime add a group ID to a trip name you have created and then you can share this Group ID with your travelling companions so that all your bookings can be linked together. You can also contact our travel agents via chat or phone and discuss any group deals you maybe entitiled to so that you and your group travelling can get the best deal available to you.

Yes. You can share your trip with your friends by posting to your social newsfeed, send it by email. send by sms, or post the link into many different apps where you can message your friends, they will get a link they can open and see what you have booked, with a prepopulated search which will allow them to select options and book the same trip with also the same group id, and they will also see any group specific deals you have.

My Purchases 

This is where all your current purchases which are yet to be delivered or your prior purchase history is located.

Yes. Subject to the cancellation policy of the vendor you have made a purchase with, and subject to the status of the delivery of those goods/service you will be able to modify or cancel a purchase made.

Yes if the merchant you purchased from is using GoGo shipping you will get push notifications to your phone to confirm the purchase has shipped and when it is delivered if you are not personally there to receive the goods, as well as any delay updates.

Yes if you have scheduled an appointment for a service you will get reminders prior to the appointment time so you don't forget, and you will also get reminders for when subscriptions services auto renew, or when goods for subscriptions are due to ship. For some of these you may have options to click a link and make any changes you need/want prior to the shippment being sent.

Refer and Earn 

You will find in the "Me" section of the App the option to refer your friends to BooknGoGo, you can share your unique referral code via sms, email and to various social and messaging platforms. If someone you know signs up with your code both you and your friend will earn Travel$ that you can use to book future travel.

BooknGoGo will also incentivise you to invite your favorite local merchants to our platform, so you can earn rewards from all your favorite stores. The 1st 20 members to invite a store will be rewarded $20 travel dollars once the merchant signs up to www.bookngogo.com. You are able to earn rewards on up to 12 merchants per month that you invite to Bookngogo that complete the sign up process.

Yes. BooknGoGo has five levels of membership everyone starts on GoGo Beginner and as you spend money within the network on travel and with merchants your level will go up.  You can also sign up to our plus level membership for $99 per year and you will get an auto one level membership boost and you will get special extras from our travel partners and merchants due to your plus status.

Your membership level will change based on your total spend in our network overtime for travel and purchases from other merchants. You can jump a level by signing up to the Plus level membership which is $99 per year and this also offers you extra special bonuses for travel and from our network merchants.

The levels are :

GoGo Beginner  0-$20,000

Wayfinder $20,001 - $50,000

Big Kahuna  $50,001 - $80,000

High Chief $80,001 - $120,000 

Demi God  $120,000 +


As a Plus level Member you also earn extra instant travel dollars which can be used at checkout for the given booking you are trying to make, these instant travel$ increase as a % of the booking value as your membership level increases. You also will get extra benefits from other travel partners and merchants for your plus membership as linked to your current membership level.


Rewards

You will earn rewards from BooknGoGo direct merchants, and for booking travel with BooknGoGo, these rewards will be a % of the pre tax purchase price (net of any fees for travel related items e.g. airline and cruise line fees). Each merchant will offer a % of rewards paid in GoGo$, and for travel bookings made with BooknGoGo you earn BooknGogo$. You can also earn Travel$ for various actions like : inviting merchants or your friends to BooknGoGo, converting your social credits earned on www.gogoster.com to Travel$, or on some specific types of travel bookings. You will also see offers from bigger brands you can redeem. You can also earn BooknGoGo$ when you purchaseBooknGoGo gift cards or the big brand gift cards we offer.  Also as a Plus Member you can also earn instant travel$ which cab be applied to a specific booking you are making. 

You earn your rewards instantly after you pay for any good or service, and they can be used immediatley after this transaction is complete and they are added to your account.

No. Your rewards do not expire while you remain a Member. If you cancel your account then any unused rewards will be cancelled when the account is cancelled.

No your rewards are not transferrable, they can however be used within your account to book travel for your immediate family and your co-travellers, and to make purchases for others such as giftcards. The rewards however cannot be transferred to another Members reward account.

If you have spent a reward and then retrun or cancel the service, travel booking or goods ordered/purchased in store. The value of the reward redeemed will be deducted from your refund for the goods or services your have returned or cancelled.  

BooknGoGo$ can be used to book a vacation, they can be used on a given booking up to the full price of the booking if you have sufficent rewards available to use. You can also convert them to cash $1 for $1 and put them onto your GoGo Debit card and spend this anywhere. You can also withdraw from an ATM (this attracts a $3.50 fee per withdrawl). You can use these rewards to also purchase gift cards $1 for $1, or to add to services such as your Uber account if linked in our APP. You can also use these rewards to pay for regular subscriptions or GivenGoGo donations you have scheduled.

GoGo$ can be used at any time with the original merchant you earned the reward from, they can be spent on any new purchase up to the total of the purchase being made subject to having the GoGo$ required. You can also convert GoGo$ to Travel$ at the rate of $1 to $1 to use for future travel bookings. You may also purchase gift cards or pay for a connected service like Uber, or for a subscription or a regular GivenGoGo donation at the rate of $1 converts to 50 cents.

Travel$ can be used when you are booking travel with BooknGoGo, you will see how many Travel$ can be applied to a given booking at the checkout process, you can appy up to this amount of travel$ if you have the available amount of Travel$ in your account. Also as a plus member you may also get instant travel$ which will be automatically applied a checkout and reduce the balance due for this given travel booking.

Yes you can purchase BooknGoGo$ so that you can top up your account to complete a purchase. You can transfer funds from your wallet for 20 cents no matter the amount, and from a saved credit card for a fee of 3.25% of the transfered value.

GivenGoGo

GivenGoGo is our automatic fundrasing initiative, every merchant who is a direct vendor on BooknGoGo is required to both offer a min % reward based on their industry type but also a minimum GivenGoGo % as well. This % will accumulate in your account whenever you make a purchase. You can select from a list of online charities and organizations or search for specific local organizations in your home town. You can then chose how to split your donatable funds by % across all your choices, and everytime you get to $25.00 of donations this will be automaticaly distributed to your preferred organizations.

You can chose any major online charity or any local organization you wish, from your kids preschool, a local highscool, the local animal shelter in your area its totally up to you. If you dont see the local organization or online charity you want to donate to you can tell us in the APP who we should add and we will add them for you.

Yes of course. You can also setup a regular donation weekly, monthly, yearly or one off to any of the organizations we have listed or to one you suggest to us. You can make these donations using your BooknGogo$, Gogo$, funds available on your debit card, from your connected wallet, or from a stored credit card in the APP.

GoGoster

GoGoster is a complete social platform, it has the best bits of all your favorite social platforms all in one place. It is 100% advertising free. Also your data is never shared from the social platform with any 3rd parties.  None of your social actions are ever shared with BooknGoGo or our merchants. The only connection is so you may transfer social credit earned to travel$.

You can do most things you can do on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Tinder, you can also go live with video and chat with your friends. You can also read many blogs, live news feeds, listen to your favorite podcasts ( live as well) , watch your favorite video channels ( live as well) , trade items with other members you no longer need, find a job, start a fundraiser for a good cause, look for great recipes to cook, search for your favorite movie or tv show to stream, book a great concert or theater show for a great price, book a movie at your local theater, plan an event and invite your friends, start a group, conduct a poll/vote, earn lots of social credits for your social actions you can convert to travel$ or trade with people within GoGoster.

Everyone who uses GoGoster earns social credit for their social actions. These credits can be used to subscribe to channels, or pay other Members for items they are selling, even as a donation to a fundraiser. You can give social credits to your friends for a gift or to settle a debt. Social credits can be then transferred to Travel$ in BooknGoGo at the rate of $10 credits to 1 BooknGoGo$.
